No. All services are covered through your New York Medicaid plan. You will never receive a bill from us. Medicaid pays us for the services we provide to you — at no cost to you.

No. We do not ask about immigration status, and we don't share that information with anyone. Your Medicaid coverage is between you and your insurance — not us.

Receiving HRSN services through us does not affect your other benefits — SNAP, WIC, Section 8, public housing, or anything else. In fact, we can often help you apply for additional benefits you may already qualify for.

Yes. We work with caregivers, family members, and friends regularly. The member will need to give consent at some point, but we can start a conversation through whoever is reaching out first.

Our staff speaks English, Spanish, and other languages common to our service communities. We use interpreter services for all other languages as needed — at absolutely no cost to you.
